Bookings and point of sale

The private system used to run three businesses under one roof in Musgrave, Durban.

What the system does

• Keeps the appointment diary and shows who is busy at any moment
• Takes bookings, with a reminder of the treatment, time and price
• Rings up sales and keeps the daily takings straight
• Copies bookings to a private calendar the owner and therapist share

Not a public service

O+ Connect is used only by this business and its staff. It is not offered to anyone else, there is nothing to sign up for, and it is not reachable from the internet — it runs on a computer at the premises.

Client information

If you are a client and want to know what the system holds about you, or want it removed, our Privacy Policy explains what is kept and how to ask. In short: your name and phone number if you booked ahead, the treatments you have had, and nothing else.
